Alfonso is the Partner in charge of the Commercial and Corporate Law area at the Seville office. <\/span><\/p>\n

Before joining MAIO Legal in 2014, Alfonso developed his professional career in the commercial department of Garrigues and in the in-house legal department of the listed multinational Abengoa. <\/span><\/p>\n

He specializes in commercial, corporate and financial matters, and has extensive experience in the development of projects at the national and international level, as well as in company acquisition and transfer transactions and corporate restructuring processes, company refinancing, corporate finance and commercial contracting (national and international). He also has extensive experience in insolvency advisory, having been appointed Insolvency Administrator by the Commercial Courts of Andalusia in significant insolvency proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n
