Javier is a Partner and heads the Tax Department at the Vigo office. <\/span><\/p>\n

He has more than 25 years of experience, having developed his professional career at J&B Cremades (Madrid), PWC (Madrid and Vigo) and EY (Vigo). <\/span><\/p>\n

He provides tax advice to companies from a wide range of economic sectors, and is involved in numerous tax proceedings (audits, recovery of undue payments, <\/span>financial liability, …) and in appeals before all <\/span>administrative and judicial instances against the claims of the tax authorities. <\/span><\/p>\n

He also has very extensive professional experience in tax advice for personal and family wealth, whether private or business in nature. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Javier is highly active in teaching (he is a member of the faculty of four academic institutions, teaching tax courses in as many postgraduate programs), in the media <\/span>(he is the author of the column \u201cSoliloquios tributarios\u201d <\/span>in the newspaper Atl\u00e1ntico, of a tax section in the magazine of the Madrid Association of Notaries and co-author of the blog Fiscalblog, as well as a regular contributor to various media outlets) and in the institutional sphere since, as an active member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors, he has coordinated its Corporate Income Tax Expert Group, and is a member of its Institutional Council and of its Board of Directors, where he is responsible for Studies and Research. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
