He previously held the positions of Senior Associate in the New Technologies department of Cremades & Calvo \u2013Sotelo (Madrid and M\u00e1laga), Lawyer-Manager in the Privacy and Digital Law department of Ecix Group (Madrid) and Senior Lawyer in the Digital Law and Privacy department of Ernst & Young (EY Abogados Madrid).<\/p>\n

In his professional practice, he advises listed companies and large corporations on privacy, telecommunications, entertainment, e-contracting and technological development. In addition to his practice at law firms, he served as DPO (Data Protection Officer) for Spain and Portugal at Altamira Asset Management (formerly Banco Santander\u2019s banking servicer).<\/p>\n

He is Co-director of the Master\u2019s in Digital Law & Business Tech organized by EDIAE-C\u00e1mara Granada and has co-authored specialized publications, most notably the book \u201cDerecho e Inteligencia Artificial\u201d published by the CGPJ and the ARANZADI handbook \u201cDerecho Digital\u201d.<\/p>\n
