Esta sesi\u00f3n se incluye dentro de la VII Edici\u00f3n del Curso General de Formaci\u00f3n en Arbitraje, organizada por la Corte de Arbitraje del ICAM y su Centro de Estudios.<\/p>\n<p>El curso est\u00e1 dirigido por Jos\u00e9 Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez Rozas, Catedr\u00e1tico de Derecho Internacional Privado y vocal de la misma Corte. Su objetivo es ofrecer formaci\u00f3n integral y especializada en arbitraje, detallando el proceso arbitral desde sus fases iniciales hasta las conclusiones.<\/p>\n<p>El programa aborda desde el asesoramiento jur\u00eddico y la redacci\u00f3n de cl\u00e1usulas arbitrales hasta los elementos clave del procedimiento arbitral.
