El objetivo es reforzar el control de jornada en las empresas, con medidas como la obligatoriedad del formato digital, el cumplimiento personal por parte del trabajador y la incorporaci\u00f3n de horas extra en la n\u00f3mina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alejandro Gil, socio del \u00e1rea Laboral de MAIO Legal, ha analizado en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/economia\/2025-09-11\/diaz-endurecera-el-registro-horario-en-las-empresas-pero-se-enfria-la-posibilidad-de-elevar-las-multas.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El Pa\u00eds<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.expansion.com\/economia\/2025\/09\/10\/68c1cb01e5fdeab8308b4576.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Expansi\u00f3n <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">las implicaciones legales de este anuncio. En su opini\u00f3n, el art\u00edculo 34.9 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores permite un desarrollo reglamentario suficiente para introducir estas exigencias, que sustituir\u00edan la actual gu\u00eda t\u00e9cnica usada como referencia.
