María Katie Bua | Director

Maria Katie has been a practicing lawyer since 2009. She earned her law degree from the University of Florence and the Autonomous University of Madrid, and is a qualified lawyer in both Italy and Spain. She began her professional career working at the Spanish firm Castro Sueiro & Varela Abogados, went on to become an associate at KPMG Abogados and is now a senior associate at MAIO Legal.

Maria Katie has extensive experience in the commercial, M&A, regulatory and banking sectors. She has advised on various M&A transactions, most of them international in scope, handling all the phases that characterize such transactions and drafting all the documents necessary for the closing of the transaction.
