Paolo has extensive experience in a variety of corporate transactions (from company sales and purchases and reorganizations, especially real estate ones, to insolvency situations and out-of-court and court disputes), also offering clients his knowledge of the Italian and Spanish language and mindset.

Paolo has participated in advising on the establishment in Spain and subsequent management of several companies in the Retail and Fashion sector, negotiating and drafting lease agreements in various shopping centers; as well as in the review and negotiation of agency, distribution and commission agreements for companies in the distribution sector.

He has also participated in advising on the establishment in Spain and subsequent legal/tax/employment management of several companies in the pharmaceutical, industrial and mechanical sectors; the incorporation of ETVEs for the management of companies or properties of Italian and Latin American investors; advising on the acquisition of industrial-sector companies by Italian investors, as well as Spanish companies on the incorporation and management of companies and branches in Italy.
