Carlos González | Junior

Carlos González García holds a Degree in Law from San Pablo CEU University in Madrid, where he also completed the bilingual Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specializing in Business Law.

Prior to his admission to the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), Carlos worked as a legal advisor in the field of Public Law, advising both public bodies and professional associations.

Before joining MAIO Legal, Carlos developed his professional career at GC Legal, in the Public and Procedural Law Department, where he continued to regularly advise Public Administrations, public employee trade unions and private individuals on matters of civil service, financial liability of the Public Administration, administrative sanctions and contentious-administrative litigation.

He has also represented entities collaborating with the Social Security system in the field of Employment Law, and handled claims against private individuals in healthcare matters.
