Lawyer with more than 11 years of experience in the practice of Cyberlaw.
He previously held the positions of Senior Associate in the New Technologies department of Cremades & Calvo –Sotelo (Madrid and Málaga), Lawyer-Manager in the Privacy and Digital Law department of Ecix Group (Madrid) and Senior Lawyer in the Digital Law and Privacy department of Ernst & Young (EY Abogados Madrid).
In his professional practice, he advises listed companies and large corporations on privacy, telecommunications, entertainment, e-contracting and technological development. In addition to his practice at law firms, he served as DPO (Data Protection Officer) for Spain and Portugal at Altamira Asset Management (formerly Banco Santander’s banking servicer).
He is Co-director of the Master’s in Digital Law & Business Tech organized by EDIAE-Cámara Granada and has co-authored specialized publications, most notably the book “Derecho e Inteligencia Artificial” published by the CGPJ and the ARANZADI handbook “Derecho Digital”.
He is currently a trainer on the course on Law and Artificial Intelligence organized by the CGPJ and on the MBA & Leadership Challenge organized by Grupo Strada and the Granada Chamber of Commerce.
