Ana Escribano | Junior

Ana Escribano has been practicing law since 2023. She joined MAIO’s Madrid office in September 2025 in the employment practice, the specialty in which she has trained since the beginning of her career.
With a strong interest in employment matters, she has been involved in numerous proceedings concerning work-life balance, as well as the handling and challenging of dismissals, wage claims and sanctions. She has obtained judgments in favor of her clients, including rulings declaring dismissals null and void and recognizing work-life balance measures for employees, as well as judgments dismissing claims, safeguarding and protecting the interests of the companies she has been advising.
She also provides preliminary advice and handles proceedings at their initial and final stages, including appeals, and likewise acts before the various public administrations to ensure regulatory compliance.
