Ana has been an Arbitration Partner at MAIO Legal since joining the firm in 2020.
Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association since 2018.
She has more than 20 years of experience, having developed her professional activity at leading firms such as DLA Piper, Stephenson Harwood and Gómez Acebo y Pombo.
Ana has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration matters, both national and international, mainly in the corporate and commercial, banking, real estate and construction fields, as well as in insurance, unfair competition and industrial and intellectual property matters.
Involvement in all kinds of national and international arbitrations, whether institutional or “ad hoc” appointed by the parties, acting both as legal counsel for the client and, in other cases, directly as arbitrator for the resolution of the dispute.
