Carmen has been a Litigation and Arbitration Partner since joining the firm in January 2022.
She has 29 years of experience, having developed her professional career at firms such as Iter Law, Estudio Jurídico Alliantia, Evergreen Legal and Garrigues.
Carmen has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration matters, both domestic and international, mainly in the corporate and construction and engineering fields.
She has been a practicing lawyer since 1996, having developed her professional career both in Spain and abroad (Poland and Romania)
Carmen is a permanent arbitrator of the European Arbitration Association and of the Barcelona Arbitration Court, as well as a Mediator registered in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice. She served as an elected councilor of the General Council of the Spanish Legal Profession from 2014 to 2024.
