Concha is a lawyer specializing in Employment Law, with extensive experience advising national and international companies and a solid track record in litigation. She has worked at Baker McKenzie since 1991, first as an associate and subsequently as a partner in the employment department, where she leads projects relating to employment contracts, collective bargaining, restructurings and legal representation before the labor courts.
She holds a Law degree and a Master’s in Corporate Legal Counsel from the Instituto de Empresa. She has also complemented her training with diplomas in Employment Law and Tax Law at the Complutense University of Madrid, together with continuing education on current employment issues at European level.
Concha has also been a speaker at seminars and conferences organized by institutions such as the General Council of Spanish Lawyers and the Instituto de Empresa, sharing her expertise in areas such as occupational risk prevention, data protection and new technologies applied to employment.
