Luis is a lawyer since 2009 and is one of the partners of the Lisbon office of Maio SMCA.
Previously he worked at the law firms “Sebastião de Sousa Pinto & Associados”, “Teixeira de Freita, Rodrigues & Associados”, and in “Alves Mendes, Jardim Gonçalves & Associados”.
With broad experience in providing legal advice to companies and individuals, he is particularly active in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Tax Law, Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring and Real Estate Law. He also has relevant experience in advising on pre-judicial situations and civil litigation.
